Shortly after World War
II, a young Ken Galli went to work in an Italian
Butcher Shop in Chicago. It was here that Galli
created his delicious Hot Pepper and Olive
Salads.
While his friends were out playing baseball,
Galli was busy learning the Art of Italian
Cuisine.
Today, over fifty years later, Galli has
